Academic Scholarship at International Business School (IBS), Hungary 2025

The IBS Academic Scholarship aims to reward BSc students with excellent academic performance by offering partial tuition fee reductions for one semester based on their academic results from the previous semester.

Eligibility Criteria for Academic Scholarship at International Business School (IBS), Hungary 2025:

Applicants must:

• Be enrolled in a BSc program at International Business School (IBS).
• Pay the tuition fee determined in Euros.
• Have completed all modules prescribed for the given semester according to the standard curriculum.
• Have achieved a required arithmetic average of module-final marks on the 100-grade scale (as specified per category).
• Not be in a semester including work placement or study abroad, nor use such semesters’ results as a scholarship basis.
• Submit the scholarship request starting from the second active semester, based on the first semester’s academic achievement.
• Not receive any other scholarship simultaneously with this one.

• BSc in Business Management
• BSc in Business Management with AI and Data Analytics
• BSc in Business Management with Arts
• BSc in Business Management with Diplomacy and International Relations
• BSc in Business Management with HRM and Business Psychology
• BSc in Business Management with Marketing
• BSc in Business Management with Tourism
• BSc in Corporate Finance
• BSc in International Business Economics

Value of Academic Scholarship at International Business School (IBS), Hungary 2025:

For students starting in or before 2024-25/2:

• Category I: 75% tuition fee reduction
  • Average: at least 79%
• Category II: 50% tuition fee reduction
  • Average: at least 76%

For students starting in 2025-26/1 or later:

• Category I: 100% of semesterly tuition fee installment
  • Average: at least 90%
• Category II: 75% of semesterly tuition fee installment
  • Average: at least 85%
• Category III: 50% of semesterly tuition fee installment
  • Average: at least 80%
• Category IV: 25% of semesterly tuition fee installment
  • Average: at least 75%
• Category V: 10% of semesterly tuition fee installment
  • Average: at least 70%

(Note: One semesterly tuition fee installment = one-sixth of the total programme fee.)

Application Process:

• Prepare a request for the IBS Academic Scholarship.
• Send the request via email to request@ibs-b.hu.
• The request must be submitted by the first day of the teaching period of the semester for which the scholarship is requested.
• Applicants will be notified of the Rector’s decision by the Centre for Student Services.
