Applicants must:
- Be a citizen of Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Timor-Leste, or Vietnam.
- Apply offshore from one of the eligible countries.
- Be an international student holding or intending to apply for a student visa.
- Achieve a GPA of 2.5, a 70% average, or an ATAR of 75 in the qualifying qualification.
- Hold a full or conditional offer for an eligible RMIT program (VE, Associate Degree*, Bachelor’s*, Graduate Certificate, Graduate Diploma, Master’s by Coursework).
- Not be an existing RMIT student
- (ELICOS/Foundation Studies students may qualify after completion).
