The Graduate Global Leadership Fellowships at University of British Columbia, 2017

The University of British Columbia is offering Graduate Global Leadership Fellowships at the University of British Columbia, 2017 to enable promising leaders from developing countries.

Eligible countries:

• Candidates applying must have a study permit during the beginning of the fellowship funding period.
• Applicants of the Graduate Global Leadership Fellowships at the University of British Columbia, 2017 must be national citizens of one of the developing countries.
• Development work and outstanding leadership in humanitarian must be shown by students in their home country. 
• Candidates must be commencing their first doctoral degree (Ph.D. or DMA program) to be eligible for the Graduate Global Leadership Fellowships at the University of British Columbia, 2017.
• Students who are receiving external funding can apply for the fellowship, if successful, the amount of the fellowship will be reduced depending on the amount of external funding.

Documents required:

Applicants must provide the following documents along with the application:

• Previous academic records (official transcripts for universities other than UBC) of all university level studies up to 31 December 2016 
• Two letters of reference
