The objective of STEM Scholarships for Southeast Asia is to support and encourage students with excellent academic merit and possess an outgoing personality enrolled to study at RMIT University.

Eligibility for STEMM Merit Scholarships for Southeast Asia 2023:

In order to qualify for this scholarship, you must:

  • Be a citizen of and be applying from Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Myanmar, Cambodia, Laos or Brunei
  • Be an international student holding a valid student visa or plan to apply for a student visa prior to the program commencement
  • Achieve an overall 70% average or equivalent in your last completed qualification
  • Not be an existing RMIT University student

Enroll for Semester 1 or 2, 2023 in Vocational Education, Associate degree, Bachelor’s degree, Graduate Diploma or Masters by Coursework offered by one of the following RMIT Schools:

  • Engineering
  • Health and Biomedical Sciences
  • Science
  • Computing Technologies

 

  • Submit an application for this scholarship
  • Provide either a personal statement (approx. 200 words) or a 60-90 seconds video. Please introduce yourself, explain why you think you deserve the scholarship and tell us why you would be the perfect RMIT Ambassador.

Value of STEMM Merit Scholarships for Southeast Asia 2023:

  • The successful applicants of STEMM Merit Scholarships for Southeast Asia in 2023 will be AUD 10,000 as a one-time payment.
