Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia (PUC) and the Raoul Wallenberg Institute of Human Rights and Humanitarian Law (RWI)  are jointly offering Scholarships for Master in International Human Rights Law in Cambodia, 2017.

Eligibility criteria:

  • Candidates applying for Master in International Human Rights Law in Cambodia, 2017 must be Cambodian students residing in Cambodia.
  • Applicants must be committed to Human Rights.
  • All the general requirements including academic merits, English language skills etc must be met by the applicants.
  • Applicants of Master in International Human Rights Law in Cambodia, 2017 must be accepted to the Master's program.

The Raoul Wallenberg Institute of Human Rights and Humanitarian Law (RWI) is an independent academic institution of Lund University established in 1986 after monumental humanitarian work of Raoul Wallenberg. The mission of the institute is to promote universal respect for international human rights law and international humanitarian law by means of research, academic education, and international development, and intent to be a centre of excellence meeting the highest international standards in all its fields of operation, contributing to the development of societies based on a human rights culture.

In addition to research and academic education programs, RWI has provided development program for institutions in developing countries, including Asia Pacific Forum, mainly with the support of Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida).
