- The scholarship scheme is open to an Asylum Seeker.
- Asylum Seeker is an individual who has made a claim within the UK for refugee status.
- A candidate who has been granted Humanitarian Protection or Limited Leave to Remain in the UK will be considered.
- Trafficked persons and unaccompanied asylum seeking children (UASCs) who have reached majority age will be taken into consideration.
- An individual who has been granted refugee status by the UK Home Office is also eligible.
