Research Council of Zimbabwe Human Capital Development Scholarships 2024 is offered to support MPhil, taught, or Master by research degree programs in line with the National Research Priorities (NRPs).
Eligibility for Research Council of Zimbabwe Human Capital Development Scholarships 2024:
- Be a national and resident of Zimbabwe.
- Have a good Honours degree (minimum second class, upper division, or equivalent) or about to graduate in the year of application.
- Be studying for a full-time taught or master by research or MPhil in Engineering and Technology, Natural and Applied Sciences, or Health Sciences at public Zimbabwean universities.
- Research on any aspect of COVID-19 (health, economics, social, etc) will be given special consideration.
Value of Research Council of Zimbabwe Human Capital Development Scholarships 2024:
- The scholarship covers tuition fees or research costs up to ZWL 30,000 over a maximum period of two years. Scholarship recipients should serve in the Public Sector for at least two years after successful completion of their studies.
Should a recipient fail their degree, they will reimburse the RCZ the full scholarship amount as awarded.
