Merredin Energy Regional Women's Undergraduate Scholarship 2020

Eligibility for Merredin Energy Regional Women's Undergraduate Scholarship 2020:

Applicants must meet all of the following criteria to be eligible to apply for the Merredin Energy Regional Women's Undergraduate Scholarship:

• Australian Citizen
• Identify as female
• Applicants must have commenced the first or second year of their studies in semester 1, 2020 (preference will be given to first-year commencing students)
• Enrolled in an eligible course in semester 2, 2020
• For students commencing their first year of studies at Curtin in 2020:
• Undertaken year 12 WACE in 2019
• Receive an ATAR of 80 (StepUp Bonus inclusive)
• For students commencing their second year of studies in 2020
• CWA of 50
• Demonstrated academic merit/potential
• Demonstrated financial need
• Not currently hold another industry-sponsored scholarship

Value of Merredin Energy Regional Women's Undergraduate Scholarship 2020:

• Up to AUD 6,000 per year paid as a cash stipend of AUD 3,000 per semester. The amount can be used at the recipient’s discretion to contribute towards educational related expenses
• An additional value of AUD 1,000 per year is available to the recipient for work-related or additional study expenses. Applications for the additional assistance are to be made by the scholarship recipient direct to Palisade, and payment is at the discretion of the sponsor.
