Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands is conducting Matra Rule of Law Training Fellowship Program, 2017 to senior civil servants and policy makers at national Ministries or sub-national governments.
Eligibility criteria:
- Applicants of Matra Rule of Law Training Fellowship Program, 2017 should clearly show professional interest in a training on decentralization and citizen participation and how they would make use of the insights they gained.
- Applicants are required to have practical experience with decentralization and citizen participation issues.
- Applicants should be proficient in spoken and written English and also be highly enthusiastic and motivated.
- Candidates applying for Matra Rule of Law Training Fellowship Program, 2017 should be comfortable to share their knowledge with their fellow beings.
- Applicants should be able to time and attention to the training program prior to and after the 10-day training in the Netherlands.
