The University of Maine is offering International Dean's Scholarships to International applicants to pursue undergraduate programs at the University.
Eligibility for International Dean's Scholarships :
- The candidates applying for International Dean's Scholarships should be first-year or transfer undergraduate students.
- The applicants should be international students.
- The candidates in receipt of the Canadian resident tuition rate are not eligible.
- The applicants for the International Dean's Scholarship are not required to submit a separate application for the scholarship.
- The candidates will be considered for the scholarship when the application for admission is reviewed.
- Hold a non-immigrant visa i.e. J-1 or F-1 visa.
Value of the International Dean's Scholarships :
- The recipients of the International Dean's Scholarships will get $5,000 per year.
- The students should maintain full-time enrollment and a minimum GPA of 2.0 for the scholarship to be renewed.
- The scholarships are given for a maximum of 8 semesters (4 years) for first-year applicants and 4 semesters (2 years) for transfer students.
