Eligibility for Flinders University - International Postgraduate Research Scholarships in Australia, 2019:

• Applicants must qualify the University's academic entry requirements for a Masters degree by research or Doctorate by research.
• Candidates are required to have completed at least the equivalent of an Australian First Class Hons degree.
• Candidates should qualify the English proficiency levels set by Flinders University for international students at the time of application. 
• Applicants whose native language is not English need to provide evidence of English language competence.
• Candidates must not hold an equivalent research higher degree qualification. 
• The scholarship is only open to applicants commencing a research higher degree in Australia for the first time. 
• Candidates must not hold Australian or New Zealand citizenship. 

Documents Required:

• Applicants are required to submit their academic transcripts.
• A detailed copy of their CV must be attached.
• Two academic references must be provided.
• Must submit a research proposal in about 500 words.

• Tuition fees.
• Living stipend of $27,596.
• Overseas Health Care Cover.
