Eligibility for The Max Planck Institute of Molecular Biomedicine - CiM-IMPRS PhD Fellowships in Germany, 2019:

  • The candidates applying should have a Master's degree or equivalent in life or natural sciences such as biology, biochemistry, biotechnology, physics, chemistry, pharmacy or related fields, in mathematics or computer sciences. 
  • The candidates with a state examination in pharmacy are eligible to be admitted to work on pharmaceutical/chemical projects.
  • The Master's or diploma or state examination must not be older than 4 years.
  • Applicants who did not receive their degree yet can still apply.
  • For the non-native English speakers, proficiency of their English should be proved. The candidate should submit his/her TOEFL or IELTS test scores or the higher education of the candidate should have been in English or should have stayed in an English speaking country for long enough or the candidate can simply demonstrate English language abilities during presentations and interviews in Münster. 
  • The students from Münster can also apply.

  • The candidate should submit a completed application form.
  • A short curriculum vitae (CV).
  • Transcripts and certificates of the previous study.
  • The candidate should also mention 1-3 potential CiM-IMPRS groups where they would like to work.
  • Two letters of reference from 2 academic teachers/supervisors.
