The University of Sydney Business School is offering Business Leader Postgraduate Scholarship (MBA), 2017 to provide financial support to outstanding applicants.

Eligibility criteria:

  • Applicants must be new students commencing their study in one of the eligible Master's programs involving 10-16 units of study.
  • Full-time international students and part-time/full-time domestic students can apply.
  • Applicants of Business Leader Postgraduate Scholarship (MBA), 2017 must have received an offer of admission in one of the eligible courses in the upcoming semester are eligible to apply.
  • The scholarship amounts to 50% of the tuition fee and is tenable for 1.5 - 2 years for full-time or 3 - 4 years for part-time study.
  • Continuous enrollment throughout the degree must be maintained by the applicants to be eligible for the scholarship.
  • Applicants must have received a university degree with an Australian equivalent average of at least 75%.
  • Applicants must demonstrate excellent leadership potential in the business domain.
  • Ambassadorial potential and excellent professional, public communication skills are expected.
  • Candidates must be motivated to gain success in business in a socially responsible way.
  • Scholarships awarded must be taken in the semester in which they are offered.Students cannot suspend or defer their scholarship without the permission of Associate Dean.
  • The awards are granted subject to students meeting all the regulations of the program.
  • The scholarship cannot be combined with other University scholarships funds that are awarded.
  • Candidates applying for Business Leader Postgraduate Scholarship (MBA), 2017 will be given the opportunity to promote the university and program at  student orientation, marketing events and corporate networking events.
