Eligibility

  • Applicants are required to be proficient in English.
  • Applicant must be an undergraduate or a graduate student studying at a recognized University in international studies, intercultural communication, or any relevant education.
  • Selected candidates will be working in a fast paced multi-cultural environment.
  • Preferable to have at least two years of college-level in Japanese language or cultural studies for the non-native speakers of Japanese.
  • Candidates must be enthusiastic to engage in recreational activities with participants when off duty.
  • Applicant must be willing to learn administrative and operational undertakings
  • Candidates who have experience in working with youth is preferred.
  • Preferable to have experience in working/living/studying in another country in a cross-cultural environment.

Responsibilities

  • Selected candidates will be responsible for the participant's health, safety, hygiene, discipline, positive group dynamic, and social adjustment.
  • The applicant will be working under the direct supervision of the Administrative Assistant Director.
  • Candidate will be providing assistance to the program staff in guiding participants through a daily schedule of activities.
  • If the applicant is bilingual, he/she will be acting as a translator for the members.
