Applicants are required to be proficient in English.
Applicant must be an undergraduate or a graduate student studying at a recognized University in international studies, intercultural communication, or any relevant education.
Selected candidates will be working in a fast paced multi-cultural environment.
Preferable to have at least two years of college-level in Japanese language or cultural studies for the non-native speakers of Japanese.
Candidates must be enthusiastic to engage in recreational activities with participants when off duty.
Applicant must be willing to learn administrative and operational undertakings
Candidates who have experience in working with youth is preferred.
Preferable to have experience in working/living/studying in another country in a cross-cultural environment.
Selected candidates will be responsible for the participant's health, safety, hygiene, discipline, positive group dynamic, and social adjustment.
The applicant will be working under the direct supervision of the Administrative Assistant Director.
Candidate will be providing assistance to the program staff in guiding participants through a daily schedule of activities.
If the applicant is bilingual, he/she will be acting as a translator for the members.
