  • The Woodrow Wilson Center is inviting applications for the Wilson Center Africa Program, 2017. The program work on four programmatic pillars - Inclusive Governance and Leadership, Conflict prevention and Peacebuilding, Trade, Investment, and Sustainable Development, and Africa’s Evolving Role in the Global Arena.
  • The applicants for the Wilson Center Africa Program, 2017 are required to have an interest in Africa and African-related issues.
  • The candidates with a master's degree are encouraged to apply.
  • The applicants who have just completed BA or in their senior undergraduate year will also be considered.
  • The candidates who have relevant academic or experiential background will be preferred.
  • International applicants studying in the US are eligible but should hold a valid F-1 or J-1 visa and a work authorization.
  • The international candidates should get written permission from their Designated School Official or Responsible Officer for visas at their university.
  • The applicants for the Wilson Center Africa Program, 2017 must have fluency in English, excellent research skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
  • The candidates are required to submit a cover letter and a resume with the completed application form.
