The Woodrow Wilson Center is inviting applications for the Wilson Center Africa Program, 2017. The program work on four programmatic pillars - Inclusive Governance and Leadership, Conflict prevention and Peacebuilding, Trade, Investment, and Sustainable Development, and Africa’s Evolving Role in the Global Arena.
The applicants for the Wilson Center Africa Program, 2017 are required to have an interest in Africa and African-related issues.
The candidates with a master's degree are encouraged to apply.
The applicants who have just completed BA or in their senior undergraduate year will also be considered.
The candidates who have relevant academic or experiential background will be preferred.
International applicants studying in the US are eligible but should hold a valid F-1 or J-1 visa and a work authorization.
The international candidates should get written permission from their Designated School Official or Responsible Officer for visas at their university.
The applicants for the Wilson Center Africa Program, 2017 must have fluency in English, excellent research skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
The candidates are required to submit a cover letter and a resume with the completed application form.
