[email protected] 2018: Topological Data Analysis

[email protected] 2018: Topological Data Analysis is open to undergraduate students to gain exposure and research experience in the methods of “Applied Topology” in the study of complex data sets.

Eligibility criteria:

• Candidates applying for [email protected] 2018: Topological Data Analysis program must be graduating undergraduate students before the program commences.
• Brown University applicants should have applied for Jeff Brock’s I-Team UTRA by January 15, 2018.
• Non-Brown University students should apply by  February 16th, 2018, through MathPrograms.org to be obtained full consideration.
• Applicants of  [email protected] 2018: Topological Data Analysis program must neither be US citizens nor permanent citizens.
• Women and members of underrepresented minorities are encouraged to apply for the summer program.

Internship credentials:

• The recipient of [email protected] 2018 gets

1. $3500 as stipend
2. Dormitory housing
3. Meal plan
4. Travel support within the U.S.
5. Fun events

• If Brown University students choose not to stay in the dormitory then such dormitory allowance cannot be availed.
