  • Applicants must be 40 years of age or younger at the application deadline.
  • Must have minimum five years of relevant, full-time work experience in target fellowship field.
  • Applicants are required to have a graduate degree.
  • He/She must have valid proof of exceptional professional performance.
  • Candidates must be committed to furthering the transatlantic relationship.
