The United Nations Department of Public Information is offering fellowship Program for junior and mid-level broadcasters and journalists from developing countries and countries with economies in transition.

Eligibility

  • The candidates applying for RAF Memorial Journalists Fellowship For Developing Countries, 2016 should be aged between 22 and 35 years.
  • The applicants should be nationals of developing countries and countries with economies in transition.
  • The candidates should have English language fluency.
  • The Non-English speaking applicants will be interviewed on the phone.
  • The candidates should have many years of experience in professional journalism and interest in the work of the UN.

Documents required

  • The applicants for RAF Memorial Journalists Fellowship For Developing Countries, 2016 should submit a reference letter from their current employer.
  • The candidates should get a Visitor Visa to the United States and health insurance.
  • The applicants should three samples published in the last three years of work related to the United Nations in any language.
