The P&G Internship Program in Human Resources is a 10-12 week commitment designed for candidates one year away from receiving their degree. Projects provide exposure to current issues facing P&G Corporate HR Departments and/or operating business groups. A unique aspect of our internship program is the managerial training experience that is part of the internship. Locations for the internship program are at our headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio and/or at one of our plant sites across the United States. Candidates are expected to have and maintain high academic standards with their education institutions.

Eligibility:

  • Must be working toward a BA, BS, BBS, MA, MS, MBA degree in HR or related field of study. Students must be in their junior year (or one year away from graduation) of an undergraduate or Masters degree program, or a first year MBA.
  • Must be available to work for 10-12 consecutive weeks over the Summer of 2016.
  • Must be in good academic standing.
  • Qualified candidates must be willing to relocate throughout their career.
  • Qualified candidates must be willing to travel on the job.
