West Kowloon Cultural District Authority is offering Performing Arts Internship, 2017 to students of China who are passionate about culture and arts.

Eligibility criteria:

  • Candidates must have received a recognized university degree or an equivalent qualification in a field of preferred internship.
  • For programming interns: business administration, social science, arts, language cultural or cultural management studies, arts education, Performing arts, marketing, journalism, communications, publishing, public affairs, public administration or related disciplines.
  • For venue operations interns: Performing arts, event management, hospitality, tourism, business or related disciplines
  • For technical and productions interns: Theatre technical arts, such as stage and event management, technical direction, lighting design and technology, sound design and technology from HKAPA or other theater school institutes, or university degree in architecture or project management.Good computer skills (AutoCAD) are required
  • Candidates must have a strong interest to professionally work in performing arts, performing arts venue operations, tourism, and hospitality, theater planning or stage technical fields.
  • Relevant work experience is required.
  • Applicants of Performing Arts Internship, 2017 must have good command over English language (written and oral) and Cantonese / Mandarin.
