ISN Fellowship Program - 2016

Eligibility

• The candidate should be at least 30 years of age.
• If the candidate is working in a developing country, the economy according to the World Bank criteria should be low or medium.
• Should have received basic training in nephrology in his/her home country.
• The Home Mentor and Home Institution should guarantee the candidate's reemployment.
• Recommendations from at least two senior nephrologists. 
• The candidate should have identified an appropriate Host Mentor and Institution for a suitable training plan.
• He/She should also contribute his/her skills and knowledge after returning to the Home Institution.
• The candidate should be able to communicate in the host country.
• The program offers two types of Fellowships Long-term training (7–12 months), Short-term training (2–6 months)

• A form from Host Institution.
• Acceptance letter from the Host Institution is necessary.
• Motivation letter
• CV/Resume
• Two recommendation letters.
