International Development Law Organization (IDLO) Internship, 2017 is devised to provide a beneficial relationship between IDLO and university students, young graduates, post-graduate students or interns.

Eligibility criteria:

  • Applicants of International Development Law Organization (IDLO) Internship, 2017 should be registered in an undergraduate or a postgraduate program in a field related to the work of IDLO at a university or equivalent institution.
  • Applicants who also completed their undergraduate or postgraduate study are also eligible to apply.
  • Candidates between the age group of  21 and 30 years can apply although there is no strict age requirement.
  • Candidates applying for International Development Law Organization (IDLO) Internship, 2017 must have an outstanding working knowledge of English or French.
  • Applicants should be native Arabic speakers.
  • The general duration of the internship is 3 months and can be renewed up to 6 months.
  • Applicants are also required to have the following skills:
    • Outstanding organizational skills
    • attention to detail
    • initiative and determination to meet deadlines
    • Capability to prioritize tasks under time frames
    • Advanced computer skills
    • Outstanding command of programs like Microsoft Suite
    • Previous experience in translation, other fields of communication
    • Positive attitude
    • Comfortable in working in multi-cultural settings
    • Team player
    • Flexible mind
    • Strong interpersonal skills 
    • Sense of ethics, integrity
    • Commitment to IDLO's mandate
