  • The applicant must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • The degree must be completed within 12-18 months.
  • Applicants must be attending a university in Australia or New Zealand.
  • Applicants must be studying a degree in the following majors: Information Systems, Information Technology, Applied Networking, System Administration, or other degrees with applicable experience.
  • Applicants who have experience working in an IT department or PC support are preferred.
  • Expertise in a technically-focused service environment is considered as well.
  • Must have the skills to upgrade, configure and relocate PC hardware, software and print devices.
  • He/She should possess strong leadership, organizational, communication and customer service skills.
  • Must have an understanding of LAN/WAN environments.
  • Experience troubleshooting applications in one or more of the following networked environments: Linux, Mac, Windows is preferred.
