Eligibility

  • The program is available to Filipino nationals.
  • He/She must be no younger than 23 and no older than 29 years of age at the time of application.
  • Candidates who exhibit dependability, maturity, integrity and professionalism are preferred.
  • Individuals with an outgoing personality and who have a great sense of humor are highly desired.
  • The FLTA Program does not provide J-2 sponsorship for dependents.
  • Applicants must be proficient in English.
  • He/She must have a score of no less than 90 (iBT) on the TOEFL.
  • Applicants with teaching experience are preferred. 
  • Must hold a Bachelor’s degree (U.S.) with excellent academic merit.
  • Applicants with a Master’s degree are highly desirable by many institutions.

Required Documents

  • Applicants must submit a completed online application.
  • Score report of TOEFL or IELTS (if available) should be provided.
  • A valid copy of diploma must be submitted.
  • Applicants must provide three letters of reference.
  • Applicants must submit their official academic transcripts.
  • A copy of the passport must be submitted.
  • Supplemental forms must be provided as well.
