Facebook invites a Front End Engineer intern to work with the Accessibility Engineering team in Menlo Park headquarters.


  • The applicants for Facebook Front End Engineer - Accessibility, Intern/Co-op, 2017 should be pursuing BS or MS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • The candidates should have knowledge of assistive technologies like JAWS, VoiceOver, Dragon NaturallySpeaking and their web technologies interaction  (HTML, CSS, JS, ARIA).
  • The applicants are expected to have strong communication skills and a desire to solve complex problems.
  • The candidates should be able to write reusable and high-performance code for UI components.
  • The applicants should be able to demonstrate experience in software engineering or UIE through a coding competition, work experience, or an internship.


  • The applicants selected for Facebook Front End Engineer - Accessibility, Intern/Co-op, 2017 are expected to improve the accessibility of Facebook’s products.
  • The candidates should participate in design and code reviews.
