Eligibility

• Applicants must be able to work with a diverse range of people and organizations.
• He/She must be capable of assisting effectively in dealing with complex, varied regeneration related, issues.
• Expertise in the operation of national, regional and local government is a plus.
• Understanding and Awareness of urban regeneration issues, planning legislation and development topics is a plus.
• Must have excellent written and oral presentation and communication skills.
• Applicants with appropriate project management skills are preferred.
• Must be abe to manage different work-streams and to deliver all work within the stipulated time.
