American Foreign Service Association (AFSA) Communication Internship, 2017

The American Foreign Service Association is offering internships to college students who are interested in the marketing, communications, event planning, international affairs, writing, and the U.S. Foreign Service.

Eligibility

• The applicants for American Foreign Service Association (AFSA) Communication Internship, 2017 should be 18 years old, but college juniors or seniors can also apply.
• The candidates who are current graduates or candidates who have graduated within 1 year are also eligible.
• The undergraduate applicants will be given preference.
• The international applicants can also apply if they have native-level English fluency.
• The international applicants are expected to be in the US and have a student visa, or an approved Optional Practical Training period.
• The candidates should be hard working, detail-oriented, and should have excellent computer skills.
• The applicants should also have good writing and editing skills.
• The candidates are expected to have comfort with web page design and maintenance, web software (Drupal) familiarity, and strong research skills.
