Eligibility

  • The applicants for Emigre Memorial German Internship Program, 2017 should be undergraduate and graduate students enrolled at the US and Canadian universities and colleges which are accredited.
  • The candidates should be citizens of the US and Canada.
  • The applicants should be aged between 18 and 30 years.
  • The candidates applying for Emigre Memorial German Internship Program, 2017 are expected to have high or intermediate German skills.
  • The applicants should have at least two years of university-level studies in the fields of public administration, European studies with an emphasis on Germany, international relations, economics, law, and political science, with a minor in one of the fields.
  • The candidates should have relevant work experience volunteer work, internship, summer job.

  • The recipients of Emigre Memorial German Internship Program, 2017 get a salary of EUR 670 for U.S. citizens or EUR 400 if housing is provided.
