Will PhD scholarship for structured PhD be possible

If you meet these requirements then yes you can apply :
The candidates applying should be doctoral candidates and the scientists who are well qualified.
The grant is also granted to few applicants with Bachelor's degree in exceptional cases.
The grant will be provided to the candidates to fund their research at a state or state-recognised institution of higher education or a non-university research institute in Germany.
Funding will be provided for a maximum of two years.
The applicants should provide an outline of their project which should include a plan on how they would like to divide their time between Germany and the home university and specify plans to visit a third country for the purpose of collecting material in a work and time schedule in their application.
