About this course

During your third year, you will be working as a paid employee for a major chemical company in the UK or possibly overseas, gaining invaluable work experience. Students have previously worked with companies such as BP, Shell and Kodak.
  • Working in the commercial sector allows students to become expert chemists and develop transferable skills. Your third year also includes some distance learning so that you are fully prepared for returning to Bristol for your final year.
