About this course

The Master of Science (International Construction Management) programme is specially designed to enable graduate engineers, architects and other related professionals to expand their decision-making horizons given the kind of parameters and risks which international construction managers have to confront. 

The main objective of the programme is to develop competent and well rounded construction managers who will have the skills to source, secure and effectively manage projects in the domestic and international construction market.

Eligibility Criteria

Admissions Criteria

  • Applicants for the programme must have a good Honour’s degree in Engineering, Building/Estate Management, Quantity Surveying or other related disciplines.
  • They should have a minimum of two years of relevant working experience after their first degree.

Course Modules

To be awarded the degree of Master of Science (International Construction Management), a candidate must complete 30 AUs of which at least 18 AUs must be from the programme, International Construction Management.
