About this course

Geosciences with Sustainable Development Theme

This theme introduces, within the context of the Earth Sciences, the concepts of sustainable development and their application at various levels, ranging from governance and physical planning to engineering projects. The processes of environmental policy-making are introduced along with the implementation and regulation of environmental policies

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants for the Engineering Geology Theme, the Engineering Geology with HKIE Approved Courses Theme and the Environmental Geology Theme should possess a Bachelor’s degree with First or Second Class Honours in Science, Engineering or a related subject. Applicants for the other themes should possess a Bachelor’s degree with First or Second Class Honours in any subject.
