Demand for business and marketing professionals with expertise in advertising is rapidly expanding. This demand is especially strong in emerging economies as they transition to economies driven by domestic consumer demand. The advertising industry itself has changed greatly over the past two decades with changes in industry structure, media channels, technology, and consumer empowerment. Media rather than creative companies dominate the advertising industry today. These companies require professionals with knowledge of, and skills in, strategic media buying and planning, marketing and advertising, program evaluation, and in emerging areas of specialisation such as social media management. Eligibility Criteria

Academic Requirement:

 For Australian students:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent in the same discipline as approved by the Executive Dean with a GPA of at least 4.5 on a 7 point scale.
  • Field of Study: For students who have previously undertaken studies in business or commerce, entry will only be considered for a field not already studied (with the exception of the Supply Chain Management field of study).

 For International students:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent in the same discipline as approved by the Executive Dean with a GPA of at least 4.5 on a 7 point scale.
  • Field of Study: For students who have previously undertaken studies in business or commerce, entry will only be considered for a field not already studied (with the exception of the Supply Chain Management field of study).
  • IELTS overall 6.5; reading 6; writing 6; speaking 6; listening 6.Study Abroad and Incoming Exchange students are only required to meet the overall score (eg 6.5 IELTS or 87 TOEFL or 64 PTE( Pearson Test of English )).
  • TOEFL (Paper-based Test of English as a Foreign Language): 570 (5.0 in TWE (written), and 54 in reading & listening).

English language requirement:
