About this course

The University of Washington Bothell's nationally ranked MBA programs identify and educate the next generation of leaders in the Pacific Northwest and beyond. The programs emphasize analytical thinking and problem solving grounded in business theory and best practices. Their core curriculum focuses heavily on critical thinking, teamwork, and communication skills.

The LMBA is designed for working professionals as a part-time evening program. Core classes meet Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6-9:30 p.m. at our Eastside Leadership Center in Bellevue. Electives are offered on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays.

The program is a “cohort” program, which means you will begin the program as a group, take classes together and ultimately graduate together. It is purposely designed as a cohort to accelerate and enhance student learning, allow mentoring, provide a strong professional network, and increase completion rates among students.

Each new cohort begins in September.* The program can be completed in 7 or 8 quarters (21 – 24 months), depending on the timing of your electives.
