About this course
Actuarial Science offers an academic Bachelor’s programme for the actuarial profession. In principle, students must opt for Actuarial Science at the start of their third year of study. It is even possible to put together a study package that not only prepares for the Master’s programmes in Actuarial Science and Mathematical Finance, but also for the Master’s programmes in Econometrics or Operational Research.
The focus in the Bachelor’s programme in Actuarial Science is on mathematical modelling of insurance: life insurance, non-life-insurance and pension insurance.
