As I was searching for beautiful universities in the world, I found many stunning campuses. And, in a way, they inspire us regarding how education and research should be carried out. Some campuses are remarkably wonderful and famous.No doubt some may seem out of this world.

There are more than 16,000 universities around the world. Only few can be considered  beautiful to pursue your studies, where every step inside the campus is an amazing experience. Here is a list of some of the most beautiful universities in the world:

 

The University of the South (Sewanee) – United States

Sewanee is one of the most beautiful universities in the world. It’s noble, gothic and tremendous architecture makes it  a special place. The University of the South, is a private, co-educational liberal arts college located in Tennessee, United States.

Sewanee has been featured in countless magazines as one of the most beautiful university in the USA and in that picture you can see why!

The Hachioji Campus in Tokyo, Japan makes you want to spend the time of your life in the campus. It houses the School of Media,Science, Computer Science,  Bio science and Biotechnology, Bionics and Computer.

It has the most ambient environment for students to study and practice all aspects of art and design, It supports the ideal student life for research, development and and all that is beyond.

It looks like a restaurant or an art gallery but the truth is, it is the largest university in Latin America and features amongst the best universities in the world. It is a UNESCO world heritage site and was designed by some of Mexico’s best-known architects of the 20th century.

It is very unique and it has leading fields of studies. Also it’s library holds about 400,000 books!

 

University of Oxford – United States

There is evidence of teaching as far back as 1096 in this university making it the oldest university in the English-speaking world . Besides that, it is one beautiful architectural university that can be considered as a national landmark which makes it find a place on our list of best universities in the world. All it’s corners represent elegance and sophistication. You can’t expect less from a leading international university!

Lomonosov Moscow State University – Russia

Lomonosov university in Russia is elite and admirable. It has one of the most complex systems among the best universities in the world. It’s library,a humongous one, holding more than 9 million books with more than 55,000 active readers!

In the early fifties it was considered the 7th-tallest skyscraper in the world, and the tallest outside New York City.

RMIT University – Australia

RMIT is a public university of technology and design based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. 600$ million was invested in the university building so that it can stand remarkably for technology and design students. And apart from that, it is one of the most beautiful universities in the world. Its gallery runs a highly regarded and regularly changing program of Australian and international exhibitions along the year.

Yale has an iconic singular library building where there are rare books of all kinds. The Beinecke library is one of the largest buildings in the world devoted entirely to rare books and manuscripts.

This awesome campus,founded independently in 1876 has five pairs of legs out of the six multi-colored pairs which are painted black to give an illusion of slenderness, especially at night when the black legs seem to disappear. OCAD U is situated at the heart of the nation’s art, design, business and new media capital, on the ancestral and traditional territory, making it historical and for it’s lovely infrastructure it is definitely a pick for the beautiful universities in the world.

The University of West England in Bristol is another university which can be considered as one of the most beautiful universities in the world. Built in the 16th century, with four campuses, the Western University (as it is called) is also one of the largest universities in the world.
